This whole diplomatic conference is a joke. Iran's Foreign Minister will only be briefed, according to Press TV:
"Annan will brief Tehran after Saturday's international meeting in Geneva and 'will also ensure their continued engagement,' UN spokesman Martin Nesirky said on Wednesday, AFP reported"
And most importantly, Syrian Foreign Minister Muallem is not on the list of attendees, according to this article. This is nothing but the imperial delegation figuring out how to colonize Syria. Just like Iraq, Afghanistan.
Of note, is the part in Annan's plan that calls for "unrestricted access to the country for the international media". This means little more than the allowing of Western propaganda to penetrate Syria. Those news station will act just like the Radio Free America stations in the former communist countries, and it's well known that those were run by former Nazis.
